Employee benefits begin the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

	Medical Insurance PlanTech partially funds PPO medical insurance for all eligible, full-time employees and their dependents.
	Dental Insurance PlanTech offers 100% employer paid dental insurance to all eligible, full-time employees and their dependents.
	Vision Insurance PlanTech offers 100% employer paid vision insurance for all eligible, full-time employees and their dependents.
	Life Insurance PlanTech provides 100% employer paid life insurance at one times an employee's annual salary to a maximum amount for eligible, full-time employees.
	Disability Insurance PlanTech provides 100% employer paid short and long term disability for eligible, full-time employees.
	PMP Certification PlanTech offers reimbursement to employees earning their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) with pre-approval.
	401(k) Program After 3 months of service, all eligible, full-time employees can participate in PlanTech's 401(k) retirement savings program. The plan offers a selection of funds with a wide risk spectrum.
	Section 125 PlanTech administers a Section 125 reimbursement plan that allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for the payment of medical expenses and dependent care. The plan is administered according to the laws set by the federal government.
