Jim Bongiorno, PMP - President & CEO
Jim Bongiorno, PMP, is the President and CEO of PlanTech Inc. He has over 30 years experience in automotive plant engineering and Project Management . Jim is a widely published expert in areas such as new product development, quality improvement; manufacturing project management, client training, and staffing. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, and is a Project Management Professional.
Kevin A. Buck - CFO
Kevin is an experienced CFO. He has been CFO for a large consulting services firm, a mid sized steel service center and a number of other companies in various industries. He has overseen a dozen corporate formations. More recently he served as management representative in a TS16949 implementation. Kevin is fluent in French and familiar with international financial practices. He has a track record of improving profitability directly through the financial functions of the corporation. He has also managed benefits and HR functions, directed start-up activities, managed tax matters, financial planning, accounting processes, human resource processes, participated on several boards of directors, designed accounting systems and managed banking relationships for a variety of companies. Kevin is a graduate of University of Michigan with a dual major B.A. in Economics and French.
Robert E. Myers - Senior Consultant
Robert Myers has over 25 years expertise as a Manufacturing Engineer/Manager in the Automotive and Aerospace industries. Over the last 10 years with PlanTech he has developed methodologies for assessing failure reduction in parts, tooling and equipment using Process, Design, and Machinery Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). He currently provides consulting and training in the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Design Review Based on Failure Modes (DRBFM) methodologies for major automotive manufacturers and suppliers.
Jim Russo - Business Development Manager
Jim Russo has over 12 years of experience in business development and sales management in both the staffing and the training industries. Prior to joining PlanTech, Jim was an account manager with a Fortune 1000 staffing company providing contract staffing, direct-hire services and recruitment process outsourcing to companies of all sizes throughout the country. Jim also has six years of experience as a senior sales manager for the world's largest computer training company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Oakland University.
Charlie Hall - Senior Consultant
Charlie Hall has over 40 years experience in the Automotive Industry with a major OEM. He has served in Management positions in Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing Management, Strategic Planning, Competitive Analysis, and Competitive Cost Benchmarking. Charlie was Engineering Group Manager for sponsoring the use of FMEA and had received the "Chairman's Honor Award" for implementing FMEA Systems in the manufacturing process that contributed to significant quality improvement resulting in millions of dollars of warranty cost savings. During the past five years he worked on a Competitive Cost Benchmarking Team produced savings of over $500 million dollars. Charlie has a Bachelor's degree in business management from Central Michigan University.
Jeff Frazier - Recruiting Manager
Jeff Frazier is an accomplished Senior Manager with several years of experience in the staffing industry. He has been instrumental in identifying and implementing staffing solutions that have resulted in increased efficiency and productivity for many organizations throughout Michigan. He also has a highly successful track record in start-up and turnaround situations, with excellent results in effective positive cultural change. Jeff is well versed in training and developing cross functional teams, and is proficient in all aspects of management development, employee relations, and organization development.
Shari Skyles - Recruiter
Shari has been in staffing since 1998. Prior to starting at PlanTech, Shari started as a Professional Placement Recruiter and was quickly promoted to Branch Manager while working at a Fortune 1000 staffing company. Shari is customer focused and knows the business. In the last 10 years she has had the opportunity to work in all facets of staffing including contract, direct-hire and recruitment process outsourcing. She has also had full responsibility for hiring and training, supervising, and developing branch staff in an effort to create strong team members. She has contributed to branch operations by interviewing candidates and filling orders (recruiting), and by maintaining an active role in outside sales. Shari is also a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
